Your challenge: As the commercial conscience of the business, you always maintain an overview and are a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You head up a department with three employees and are responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, as well as HR. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues at group level and generate trust through your professionalism.
What you bring to the position: Your dependability and specialist competence are the basis for collaboration with the well-versed, competent team. You have further training in business administration or accounting and experience in a manufacturing SME in an industrial environment. You act with foresight and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Business fluency in French/English or French/German.
