Your challenge: You are the business conscience of the company. The focus of your role is analysing the balance sheet, the operating results, project costs and additional KPIs. Likewise, together with the Managing Director and the division heads, you will be responsible for the creation of budgets and forecasts. For the preparatory work and reporting you will work closely with your colleagues in the German parent company. In order to identify financial discrepancies in a timely fashion, you will communicate promptly and simply with all other departments internally.
Your attributes: The foundation for this role is a degree in business administration or commercial training, both specialising in the areas of controlling/accounting in a manufacturing SME. Ideally, you will have several years‘ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and MIS (e.g. Microsoft Axapta) for evaluations in the area of accounting and merchandise management is compulsory. You have a good business acumen and an analytical and proactive way of thinking. A balanced nature and reliability round off your profile. You can communicate fluently in French/English or French/German.
